Is there a fee for an additional driver?

Any additional driver (excluding a spouse or domestic partner) will pay a daily fee; Renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and driver’s license requirements of the renter are authorized drivers at no additional charge. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements. An additional charge of $4.55 per day for each additional authorized driver will be added to the cost of the rental, unless other contractual conditions apply.

How can I cancel or modify a reservation?

Guaranteed Reservations:
Cancellations are accepted up to one calendar day before reservation date.
Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the pick up time are free. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the pick up or if the reservation is not used, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

What do I do if my flight has been delayed?

Reservations are valid for 24 hours from the scheduled time of pick-up for delayed flights and charges will not begin until the time of pick-up.

Location will remain open for up to 2 hours after their posted closing time to accommodate delayed customers.

When booking your reservation on-line or with an agent include your airline and flight information. Providing us with your flight information allows us to serve you better

What are the age requirements to rent a car in TCI?

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years of age. There is no maximum restriction in the TCI.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are allowed in Pay As You Go rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.

Are there restricted driving areas for car rentals?

Malcolm Beach area and Split Rock Area is restricted for our car rentals.

Please be assured that we make every effort to hold items that are left behind; either in a rental vehicle or at one of our locations. To inquire about a lost item, please contact our office, where you will see a list of participating rental locations.

What is Pay As You Go Payment Policy?

After confirmed reservation Pay As You Go Car rental will chalge your credit card only at the time of rental car  Pick Up.

What are Pay As You Go car rental Requirements?

Customers must meet the following requirements:

  • Meet the renting location’s minimum age requirements
  • Present a valid driver’s license
  • Present a major credit card in their name at the time of rental, with available credit. In addition to the anticipated cost of the rental, an additional amount may be required,
    or
  • Meet the requirements based on their deposit type. Present a debit card or other acceptable form of payment subject to the qualification outlined in the payment policy.
